Find teams with no channels or no messages — cleanup candidates.

Teams with no channels are essentially empty. Teams with channels but no messages may be abandoned provisioning attempts.

Permissions

Requires application permission Team.ReadBasic.All, Channel.ReadBasic.All, ChannelMessage.Read.All.
