Bulk-provision teams from a CSV file (onboarding).

Each row creates a team with client.teams.create_and_wait(...) and waits for provisioning before moving on:

Permissions

Requires application permissions to create teams (e.g. Group.ReadWrite.All) — delegated or app-only depending on your consent model.
